THE GAME BEGINS Game is explained  Each challenge is awarded points  -Winning team gets 5 points -Losing team gets 2 points.   For all team challenges winning team receives a reward. Individual challenges receives the Immunity Necklace.  Scoreboard is placed in a suitable place.

The Challenges:

1.Marathon Challenge: THIS IS A TEAM CHALLENGE: Each team has to make their way down to  pool. (ABOUT A 1 KM WALK.) Each team then has to complete a relay of 1 lap each person of the pool. (If a person can not swim for any reason another member may complete their lap for them.) They will then receive a flag from the lifeguard. The team then needs to make their way back to BIRDAYATO ISLAND. The first full team to make it back and place the flag in their flag pole will be the winning team.

2.Stamina Challenge: THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE: Each team member is given a milk crate to stand on. The last person left standing is declared the winner. Offers will be made to try and convince members to forfort the challenge.

3.Water relay. THIS IS A TEAM CHALLENGE: Each team is given a small container. A bucket is placed at one end of the Island and the team members start at the other end. Members must race from starting end to the bucket with their container of water and try to fill the bucket as quickly as possible. The first team to fill their bucket is declared the winner.

4.Food Challenge. THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE. We all know how this works. Each person is blindfolded and offered food to try.  A point is offered to each person for each food tried. A total of 10 items will be offered. If at the conclusion to this challenge the scores are tied. A showdown will result. (SEE BELOW FOR FOOD CHALLENGE IDEAS)

5.A treasure chest relay:TEAM CHALLENGE Teams have to carry a filled treasure chest, back and forth, handing it off to different team members until they are done.

6.Race for the Rainbow TEAM CHALLENGE Give each team a plastic bag as well as a piece of paper containing a written list of all of the colors of the rainbow (Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet). Each team has to find at least one object in nature (or anything outside) that matches each color of the rainbow. For example: A red apple, orange leaf, yellow weed (dandelion), etc. For each object they find they have to place it in their plastic bags. The first team to find objects that match each color of the rainbow is the winner. (Each item found can only count for one color.)

7.BROOM JUMPING/RUNNING RELAY: TEAM CHALLENGE Each team stande in a line. Each member must hold the broom handle in two hands and spin around 10 times. Drop the broom, jump it then race to the fence and back. The next person may begin when the previous returns.

8.MENTAL CHALLENGE. A list of 20 brain teasers are given to each team. The team with the most correct answers wins.(SEE BELOW FOR BRAIN TEASER IDEAS)  Reserve Challenges.   Who's the Leader?  - The object of this game is to find out who is the leader of the group. One player, the guesser, goes around the corner of the house while the remaining players sit in a circle and select a leader (quietly). The leader then initiates a series of motions-hand movements, claps, foot stomps and so on-which the other players copy. The guesser is then called back to watch the group. The leader must change the movements every 5 to 20 seconds. The followers try not to give away the leader with their eyes. The guesser gets three tries to identify the right person.  This is a good alternative if the weather is lousy outside.

Dress-up Relay - Make 2 piles of the same type of clothing. Divide the group into teams and have the first players race to dress up in all the clothes from one pile. When finished, he/she must take all the clothes off and have the next player dress up. The team that dresses and undresses first wins the game.  (You can get fun stuff from garage sales and thrift stores, and this is fun for both adults and kids.)

Stumps - This is a challenge that pits 2 players against each other (best if comparable size). The object of this game is to get your opponent to step off his or her stump. To begin, set up two stumps (4 to 10 inches tall) or upside-down milk crates about 6 to 12 feet apart. Lay a 30-foot length of rope between the platforms, leaving the surplus rope coiled at both ends. The players, standing on the platforms, pull or relax the rope, trying to get the other to lose his or her balance and step off. Might is not always right here, as a hard tug can be neutralized by a loosened grip-and the sudden slack can make the tugger teeter. Make sure to play this on a soft surface in case someone takes a tumble. To add a bit of risk to the game, build a few gooey mud pits around  the stumps.  Water War Without Guns - Use everything from giant sponges and spray bottles to turkey basters, cups, water balloons, and a garden hose to soak the members of the opposing "team". The team to cry "uncle" first is the loser.
